Adult Personals, Are You Promoting Them?

Adult personal sites are definitely on the rise these days and can offer webmasters even more cash in their mail boxes. Here lately the only real chore to adding them to your lineup of affiliates that you're promoting is picking the one that best suits your needs or the needs of your niche traffic.
Gone are the days of just a generic personal site. As with anything in the industry these days there's a personals site for every niche it seems.
From BBW to BDSM most of the major dating sites have a huge list of niches that they cater to. How do you find a good one you might ask? It's as simple as doing some searches and checking out what each have to offer.
When I say checking out what each have to offer I don't mean to merely signup to a site and instantly start sending your traffic there. I personally recommend signing up as a member yourself. See exactly what the site deals with content wise. Does it offer what you are looking to offer to your users? Is it user friendly?
The reason I say signup as a member is so that you can see what your users will see or how easy it is to get around in the site. I think when it comes to ones traffic that they should be picky about what they're sending them to.
It also helps you get an idea of how busy the site is. Remember this is adult personals site not your everyday run of the mill adult site. If the site has little user involvement chances are you won't do well converting traffic into cash.
Another good thing to look for is the amount of users registered to the site. Make sure there are a fair amount in each state or a wide variety for your users to look through. If there isn't your users will get bored quickly and not be interested in keeping a membership.
Then there is of course the issue of fake ads. Sure there are lots of webmasters that use personal sites as an advertisement for other sites. They feel it's the best and cheapest way to get the word out about a cam site or such.
A good quality personals site tries really hard to keep fake ads to a minimum. It can be hard to do these days but knowing that the personals site you're sending your traffic too is doing everything to help keep your users as a member only means more cash for you in the long run.
