Tip #48: Cheating and the Cheating Cheaters That Cheat Us All
Make no mistake, when someone cheats a program, they are cheating us all.
When I running a very successful program back in the day, it was not uncommon to pay up to $50/Free Trial signup. And the thing was, we still made a nice profit even at that price. We did have cheaters but we were able to handle the handful that came around by just not paying them.
But now, cheating Affiliate Programs, TGPs, Link Lists and any other webmaster programs is becoming so rampant, none of us can keep up. This cheating has caused Affiliate Programs to pay webmasters much less and much more difficult for hard working webmasters to get listed on TGPs and Link Lists.
The best way to combat these cheaters is to drag their cheating asses out of the dark and into the light. If you find someone cheating an Affiliate Program, let the program know. If you find someone cheating a TGP or Link List, post about them HERE so everyone will know to ban these people.
If we all work together, we can stop cheating in it's tracks.
